Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shepherd Mixx Supply. All of our products are printed on demand, meaning each item is made specifically when an order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully review sizing guides and product details before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shepherdmixx@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will review your request and offer a free replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.
